How Does shipping work?

Lip balms can be shipped through oversized letter mail for $2.99. This is the cheapest way to get the products. There are some disadvantages to this shipping method. There is no tracking number, and if you're P0 Box is outside and it too hot 27c+ out or too cold -10c, this can wreck the product. Doesn't mean this option won't work for you these are some tricks I have learned. Ask a friend/family who lives in a condo/apartment if you can have it shipped there. You get cheap shipping and the chance to meet up with a friend/family. Or order the products in months where the weather is not too hot, not too cold. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship lip balms Internationally. We send them through letter mail, letter mail for international shipments ranges from $4-6 CAD. We have shipped to many states in the USA, Italy, Germany, Belgium, China, & Iceland, Soaps and oils we will have to look into shipping quotes. Being a small business, we don't get the most competitive rates and need to shop for the best price.

How long will shipping take?

Anywhere in the province of Manitoba, 1-2 business days in transit. 5-7 business days in transit for any other provinces. 

How long will shipping take for International orders?

7-14 Business days. Expect closer to the 14 days. Our first shipment to Germany went out a few months back. It took the customer closer to the 14 days but shipping only cost was $6. The customer was very satisfied and gave a 5-star review. All my customers who received international shipments where happy. If I start to notice a trend of unhappy international orders for shipments, I will change things up. Customers satisfaction is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to me. :)

What do I do if I am not happy with an order?

I don't want to sound to braggie but this doesn't happen to me often. The first thing is, I need to be made aware there is something that has made you unhappy. So text, call, email, or put a letter on a pigeon. Like I mentioned before customer service is extremely important to me. I want to do whatever I can, within reason to keep you a happy customer. :)
